The expiration system ensures active management of claimed lands by requiring players to extend their land's expiration periodically. This feature prevents inactive lands from indefinitely occupying the server's space. Player needs a territory.expiration.extend permission in order to be able extend expiration.

Key Features:

  1. Land Expiration: Each land has an expiration date that players must extend before it lapses. The duration and cost of extensions can be configured in the plugin settings.

  2. Configurable Actions on Expiration:

    • Land Deletion: The land is permanently removed from the server, freeing up the chunks for others to claim.

    • Land Locking: The land remains intact but becomes locked. Players cannot interact with or make changes to it until they pay to extend the expiration.

  3. Extension Options: Administrators can define:

    • The default number of days a land lasts before expiring.

    • The cost associated with extending the land's expiration.
